1. I‘ve never laughed as hard as I did at LET‘S PRETEND THIS NEVER HAPPENED by Jenny Lawson. I pulled two muscles solely from laughing.

2. Pretty sure it was MICHAEL‘S WINGS by Tiffany Reisz. My heart ached! But I also giggled a bunch, because Reisz knows her way around the banter.

I finished the first story in MICHAEL‘S WINGS while I made myself some delicious cauliflower steak, and now I‘m in a pickle. I want to binge-read GILDED CAGE by KJ Charles this afternoon, but I also want to binge-listen to this. Guess I‘ll power through the novel and return to the collection this evening.

Side note: I discovered Charles through Reisz, who briefly ran a Twitter book club focused on wizard books. #audiocooking
