I‘m celebrating with this book by Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman. 🤸♀️
I love gymnastics and Aly, but thought the book was kind of juvenile at times. Another #bookspinbingo read for April @TheAromaofBooks #audio
Not exactly a literary masterpiece, but my love for gymnastics runs deep. There‘s also something so satisfying about reading a whole book in two hours. The view ain‘t bad either.
What are some of your favorite super quick, light reads?
Oh my gosh you guys! THIS BOOK!! I absolutely loved it. I could not put it down!! I truly enjoyed reading about the struggles and triumphs of training and hearing about Aly‘s experiences. She is such a strong person who poured her whole heart and soul into achieving her Olympic goal. It was so beautifully written I feel like Aly was sitting with me telling her story. Pick up this book right now!!
I am loving this book SO MUCH
As if I don‘t have enough books started at one time...I need to begin this one since it is due at the library soon! Can‘t wait to dive in!
Chai & a book before work. Aly Raisman is so brave & so inspirational.
This book was really good. 🏅So well written that it felt as though Aly was sitting across from me telling me all about her life. I‘ve always wanted to know more about what it took these amazing athletes to get to the Olympics. She‘s wise and yet funny. I even appreciated her description about her diet. And I loved reliving the moments I remembered seeing while watching the Olympics. I give her 5 gold medals for this book! 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇
This is what I‘m starting tonight!
