pickIt had been a while since I had read book 1 of this series, so it took me a little time to settle in. But once I did, I enjoyed this further exploration into Cainsville with a new mystery attached and some interesting visions for Olivia. Armstrong seems to know exactly how much paranormal to add to balance the story well.

While I guessed at the goings-on in Cainsville while reading Omens, I was still totally wrapped up and lost in Olivia's world.
It started with me wanting to know more about her parents, and it ends with me desperately needing to find the next book, because I realised it's all about Cainsville.
This is just the exact right combination of mystery, intrigue and myth to hit my sweet spot of enjoyment.
I couldn't find a physical book for Visions on such short notice, but I did find the Audio book 🤩

pickI love Kelley Armstrong, I have read the Bitten series and woman of the otherworldly, just love her stuff. This book is the second of the Cainvilles series. This little town has some secrets, the whole town seems to be on it. This series has only a few characters to deal with so you really get to know them. If you like mystery, romance, and are into urban legends or superstition, this is a good series to read.
I can't remember the last time it didn't rain here!! I'm taking full advantage with some outdoor reading time 🤓📚❤

pickI LOVE this series. I never read books of a series back to back but I did with this one. I still like Olivia. I love Ricky. I love Gabriel. This book was packed with information as we dive deeper into the world of Cainsville. And Armstrong knows how the hell to write an ending to keep you coming back for more. Highly recommend this series!!! If you like paranormal mystery, read this series!
