Pickpick

A sweet romance switching between a ren faire and real life troubles. An adorable couple and hilarious cast of characters.

1. This is Pumpkinhead at the PA Renaissance Faire. He was built a few years ago and keeps reappearing!
2. Zen in the Art of Writing (last book for Litsy Bingo challenge!)
3. Dark. Always.
4. Some medicines. Sensitive to lots of other stuff including gluten.
5. Cocoa butter stick because Mr B and I got new tattoos yesterday.

Mehso-so

THE MODERN WOMAN'S GUIDE TO FINDING A KNIGHT by Anna Klein is a contemporary romance set at a Renaissance Faire. While there were some lovely moments, I ultimately found it too shallow and contrived to be satisfying.
