Say I Love You written and illustrated by Kanae Hazuki follows a teenage girl named Mei Tachibana. She spent her high school years preventing herself from making friends or having relationships. Popular boy Yamato Kurosawa takes interest in her and starts a tentative friendship with her. This leads to a flourishing relationships between to the two of them and Mei starts to branch out and open up.
This story is written in first pov.

gladies.alex You can tell this story is written in first pov because of the pronouns used (I, we, us) and also the fact that the story follows Mei's development. If you like this book you should read Blue Spring Ride and Fruits Basket. 2y

Say I Love You 12.
Another slice of life volume. Our main couple, Mei and Yamato, begin to get a bit more insight in what they want to do with their future careers. Readers also get to learn more about the twins - new characters to the overall story 😉 👍 #manga #sayiloveyou #shoujo
