pickI‘ve started reading slower than I have in years what with the pressure of lockdown but I loved this collection of essays and it was a perfect one to read slowly. Susan Sontag‘s brain is just astonishing! How someone so young wrote these essays covering so much of culture and literature i have no idea. ‘On style‘ is something I‘ll be turning over in my head for a long time

Emilymdxn @Leftcoastzen I‘m exactly the same, I thought I‘d be reading constantly but I think having nothing to do makes me desperate to find active things to do to fill the time? I‘m barely managing any reading when I read so fast before 5y
Lindy @Emilymdxn @Leftcoastzen It‘s the same with me. I can only read printed text for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. (Longer for comics.) 5y
