I enjoyed reading about the premises behind decisions and the work and strategy making that happened before but there is a lot of contradictory material.

I thought this book was great. I really enjoyed learning about the reasons behind many of the difficult decisions that that George W. Bush made while in the white house. I thought it was refreshing that he stood behind his advisors and took responsibility for his decisions good or bad. I didn't always agree with him while he was in the white house, but I definitely have a great respect for him after reading this book.

Well I did get in a #readathon after all- finished 2 books and shouldered 1/3 through a third!

This was interesting; maybe I'm just over politics of all kinds. Even when I got bored, I kept coming back to this. Definitely not a five star review but I did like hearing first person accounts of recent history.

I've got a lot of driving to do this weekend so I'm all ready to go with this new audiobook.

I know it's unpopular to like GW, but I have a lot of respect for him and his leadership during a very difficult time in our country. This was illuminating.
