pickI enjoyed this right up until the end where it kind of lost me for a bit. But it was a fun ride so still a pick. The ending kind of rushes everything together and leaves a cliffhanger so I wouldn't exactly call it satisfying. Also my faves kind of got shafted which is never fun.

Didn't get around to finishing anything this week although I'm at about 82% in the tagged and 44% in Black Sun. I'm a little behind in ReadingWesteros still as well.

Goal this week is to finish my commute and my eye read and get as close to caught up as can be with ACoK.
There are no patrons because of frustrating road work conditions and all my current projects are finished for today so I‘m diving into this one in the hopes that a patron might show up to interrupt.
As a reward for surviving a very stressful book club moderation at work I‘m starting this today. Thankfully the book club isn‘t meeting in December because none of our patrons like genre fiction so the club picks are always something I find difficult to finish. #LibrarianProblems I guess lol

Arabian mythology! With adventure, satire / dark humour (these litigious, faction obsesssed Djinn crack me up), genetics, sort-of-dragons, and Harry Potter references to boot. So much fun.
Reminder that this wildly imaginative novel is available now. I loved it. If you‘re looking for a fantastic escape from the news, I highly recommend it. 💚💚💚
