This is my favourite book from childhood and I still love reading it. Now I have the graphic novel which really adds to the story. They capture the essence and the wildness so easily.

An interesting way to read one of my favorite novels of all time. I definitely prefer the regular text, but I could see this as a great entry point for a younger generation. I do think that both Jane and Mr. Rochester are too attractive in this depiction. it kind of misses the point. I love that they include the real language though.

A_Bookish_Blush I bet, I just found Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice in manga form. Well more like, it's in a novel form and every few pages it's manga style drawings. 7y
