I guess I fulfilled some dreams today. I get it, it‘s nerdy, no one cares, but I met Wendy and Richard Pini today, got them to sign some of my graphic novels and commissioned a beautiful Skywise from Wendy. Elfquest started me on my comic appreciation when I was a kid so I‘m ecstatic and can mark that one off my bucket list. *glow*

I am in some pretty desperate need of a comfort read. I pulled out my original Elfquest books and plan to take a long dive into them until I reach The Final Quest. These books are so memorable and have so much meaning in my life. As a child, they truly helped shape my personal mythology and how I‘d like to live.
