This was a feel-good story about characters who feel unloved by their families finding understanding and love with each other. Nothing complicated here, just a story of a woman‘s bravery in escaping years of physical and mental abuse and the man who gives her confidence and unconditional love and support. With this final chapter in a wonderful trilogy, @SaraPortman has definitely become a new favorite for me in this genre. Thanks #NetGalley 4/5⭐️

I‘m behind on several #NetGalley ARCs. So I need to catch up on those before I move on to some books that have been gifted to me from some generous Littens during swaps this year.

I won‘t finish them over the holidays but need to get started.

Sara Portman has quickly become one of my must read #romantsy authors with this series. I have only read three books of hers and it is hard to pick a favorite but this one might be it. It isn‘t out until November 21st but book one in the series (the reunion) is out now and book two (the Offer) is out Tuesday and they are both great.

My current read is a historical romance ARC. This is the 3rd book in the series, but my first by this author. About 23% in and enjoying it very much.

I'm making final edits to The Chase today. It will be bittersweet to finish up this series and these characters. #romantsy #historicalromance
