The Rainy Day: Usborne Picture Books | 
1. I‘m married to the Grinch, so usually on NYD or the day after 🙄 .
2. I hate ❄️ lol it‘s so pretty but then you have to shovel it! We moved to SC from NJ and I love rainy days so much better!

Gosh y‘all, what a day! Today I did 2 hours of online School Library professional development (& I might add FREE on School Library Journal)& I am in my happy place 💙one was on the importance of Coding, & the other on Book-Based Making & GUYS I am on ☁️ 9 with how much I love my job. While I don‘t get hours for summer professional development, I don‘t mind- I am learning how to improve my students experience in reading & that‘s enough for me.
Luckily we were able to go to the park for an hour this morning before the monster storm rolled in. She‘s been keeping me company while I read. #DogsofLitsy

A rainy dreary day calls for special socks. And I'm going to go run a couple quick errands and then it's back to hibernation mode until I go to my moms tonight for dinner and cards!
