You had me at "plague pit". ? #Maps #LyricalApril
⭐️⭐️⭐️| gave this 3 stars only because the descriptions of life shortly after the end of the plague were well written and interesting.I wish I could say the same for the plot (weak) and the characters (downright silly).
How about a little medieval plague mystery for your Sunday afternoon reading pleasure?
I usually read a mystery between my literary fiction choices. I think of them like a "palate cleanser" for the mind. This one was great! A mystery set in 1350, no electronic gadgets to use and some really grungy descriptions of life. I recommend it!
