Need to alleviate some anxiety or find a way to stay active during isolation? May I suggest Library Yoga?

I was having a rough time last night. I have to continue working for now, and can‘t do so at home, as a dog groomer. I don‘t feel good about it, but that‘s how it is for now. Maybe the city will make us close soon.

After a good stretch and some meditation among my books, I slept much better than I expected to.
