so-soI‘m gonna be honest, I only bought this book because of George R R Martin‘s story and although most of them were pretty interesting scenarios, his was the only one I actually liked a lot.
I expected better from this book because the plot about strong fierce women sounded pretty compelling.

I'm surprised there isn‘t
more of them going crazy.
Never giving them anything
to think about or to
talk, besides family
and gossip. Never
let them do anything
besides planning parties
or go to parties, taking care
of the house and
raising children.
- It's an agenda that
would kill most men.

Felt like reading some short stories! First up, Martin's. I see this is a fantasy recasting of the civil war of Matilda vs Stephen. The style is like reading a chronicle or something: it feels like an outline. Not having read Game of Thrones, I'm not that interested.
