Miffy Is Crying | Dick Bruna

Sad book news guys! Today Dick Bruna passed away. He was the writer and illustrator responsible for the Miffy children's books (Nijntje in Dutch). He was from the same city I live in, Utrecht, in the Netherlands. His books were translated in 50 languages and there were tv shows as well. He will be missed.

Louise We had a big exhibition of Bruna's artwork a few years ago at the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book art. Very impressive! 🐰 8y
