pickI studied Funeral Home Management in college, so I was instantly drawn to this book that has a female Funeral Director as the protagonist. It‘s melancholy, dark, and haunting. The writing is almost poetic, and it uses the Language of Flowers / Gardens juxtaposed to the Funeral Home to illustrate Life & Death.
