This book.... I have SOOOO many questions!!! Talk about leaving a reader completely hungry for more! Guess I‘ll start on book two right away - really hope they are some answers from book one, otherwise I‘m not sure what to think of the ending!
Book 64 of my year, this one was recommended to me by a friend and I‘m currently on page 59, I definitely am interested in the story even though I don‘t really like the characters or care about anyone in the story so far. I like to be emotionally invested in at least one character lol but so far I‘m just like “eh everyone is a horrible person 🤷🏻♀️” but yeah I‘ll keep reading to look for redeeming qualities lol
Could not put it down! Twist and turns you don't expect. It was awesome. Gregg, my friend, you did it again.
Enjoyed this book. Was surprised at the ending. Though, I would have liked to know if Nic ended up with what she wanted in the end. Can't say what it is, b/c it would kinda ruin the book if you haven't read it.
Apparently, one year ago today was a pretty decent reading day for me. #TBTReads

One of the better thrillers I've read lately, The Sound of Rain explores the darkest depths of human nature. Centering around the disappearance of a young girl, the novel creates a complicated web of deceit, betrayal, and red herrings, trapping the main character and causing her to doubt her own judgement. Olsen masterfully sets up the plot with enough teasing and false starts to keep you guessing until the very end.
