I bought this book 35 years ago when I was 17. Bought it used at a library sale. Oh to be 17 again 👱♀️👙🕶👗🤸♂️⏳
I‘m loving seeing everyone‘s top #17in2017 so here‘s mine. I actually had 20-something 5-star reads this year. To narrow it down, I removed re-reads and books that weren‘t the first in a series. This list also doesn‘t include comics. I could do a second post just about my 17 favorite comics! My hands down favorite read was Exit West, but some of these came pretty close! 😍
I LOVE this book. It is so funny. William Baxter is a hilarious MC. I love the airs he attempts to put on. This is one of those book I really enjoy rereading. (Warning it was written in 1916 so there are some very cringey parts in how they deal with African-American characters)
