In this fun rhyming picture book written by Shelly Becker and digitally illustrated by Eda Kaban, children will learn that superheroes are just like ordinary people. Superheroes also have bad days and things don‘t always go their way. This book is a good resource to help kids understand that it‘s okay to have bad days and it‘s okay to slump and cry. What‘s important is that they pick themselves up and move on with their day. ♥😄
Superheroes are awesome. We all love them, but kids especially, because they haven't met/seen/read about as many real-life heroes yet. This book is great in that it shows everyone having bad days, even superheroes. It shows them frowning and crying, as well as saying "They could [insert some bad, powerful thing here] but don't." Instead, the superheroes use that energy to help others and do extreme sports! Plus, the pictures are awesome!
