pickThis was a very quick read. The highlight of the book was his stories involving some of his former Milan and National team teammates. (I want a book by Alessandro Nesta now). I do wish, however, that it was in chronological order. Since it was published back in 2013 it didn‘t highlight his move to the US and to the team in NYC.

11 years ago I went to Italy with my university for two weeks. It so happened that we were there during the first stages of the World Cup. My crazy art advisor reserved a table in the bar of our Sorrento hotel where we watched Italy play and I fell in love. It was the game that made me love football ⚽️ and one player who‘s career I followed for 11 years. Thankfully his book is in English.
