Mehso-so

Filled with gorgeous illustrations but the poetry and rhymes were kinda meh. Maybe it's just me. Even as a child, I just thought those kinds of books were silly. #kidlit #picturebook

UrsulaMonarch I do have to admit I had expected it to be about a #hedgehog (I swear I can read...). We had recently had a hedgehog- themed birthday party in the house... anyway can't blame the book for that - but still! 😂 7y
EvieBee @Lkelly Hedgehogs are pretty awesome. I'm loving all the hedgehog and llama inspired stuff that's been making the rounds. Especially in the stationary front and fabrics!! 7y

One of my favorite things to do is to go to Barnes & Noble and hang out reading the new picture books! I think it's a leftover from working there and always being able to read them when I worked in the children's section.

So this was the best one today with lots of tongue twisters and lovely illustrations!
