Husband is off for a day in the woods and I am snugged in for a day of reading, working on my 2023 reading challenge notebook, playing Stardew Valley, and eating snacks. I always prefer to hang out with my husband on a Saturday, but this is a pretty fabulous second choice. 😁
so-soImmediately when I read about the Uncle Jolley's Folley, I was reminded of Tennessee's Historic Mountview Manor. So, I included a picture of it during Christmas. I'm trying to read through all of the Christmas books I was given. I may need to wait till next year. This book was short, sweet and to the point. It was interesting enough to keep me reading, but I kind of expected more from Nora Roberts.
One can normally see the #chesapeakebay from this vantage point, even at night. But last night, these beautiful invaders obscured all normalcy. Memories from our #firstsnowfall
