This was just as much fun as the first volume. Weatherbee is king of sass. Really appreciated the clear statement on bullying: it's not a joke, it's assault. And the issue to issue continuity of asexual identity for Jughead, while acknowledging it can cause friction in relationships when misjudged/misunderstood, that is resolved by open discussion. 🙌🏻

pickAnother good issue of Jughead, I'm glad they reinvented this. It was neat to add Sabrina to the mix. Plus I like that Jughead is an Asexual character in a town where everyone is obsessed with dating!
pickJughead meets Sabrina the teenage witch in this volume! Magical hijinks ensue. I liked the art a lot more in this one.

pickThis run of Jughead by Chip Zdarsky continues to be a delight. I also loved that Ryan North (writer of Squirrel Girl) made a guest writer appearance. One thing I really enjoyed about this volume is how it delved into Jughead and Archie's friendship and how Jughead being asexual often brings him at odds to Archie's girl-chasing. It's just really refreshing to read about an asexual character and their experiences.
