LeahBergen @GlassAsDiamonds Really?? That‘s taking things a bit far. The name Chinky doesn‘t refer to any “racial” quality of the pixie (unlike some of Blyton‘s other stories 😬). 7y

Dawny1 This was one of my favourite books as a child. I recently got reminded of it by a friend. I had totally forgot about this and the Magic Faraway Tree! I treated myself to an omnibus of all the wishing chair stories today...can‘t wait to read it! 3y
