Runaways Vol. 3
Runaways Vol. 3: The Good Die Young | Brian K. Vaughan
11 posts | 23 read | 2 to read
The world as we know it is about to end and the Runaways are the only hope to prevent it! But if our fledgling teenage heroes are going to succeed, they may have to become just as evil as their villainous parents. The Runaways have learned how their parents' criminal organization began, and now they must decide how it should end. As the Runaways' epic battle against their evil parents reaches its shocking conclusion, the team's mole stands revealed, and blood must be shed. Which kids will still be standing when the smoke finally clears? This is the story that changes everything (seriously!). Runaways (2003) #13-18.

This is the best one so far. It felt like a wrap up to the series even though there are more books. I'm glad to finally find out what The Pride is up to.

I don't know where the series is going now, so things should start getting very interesting in the next book.

This review is for issue 3 of the second run of Runaways. Not much interesting happened but I love these characters and the artwork. 4⭐️

I think I'm finally into this...
This one really grabbed me and pulled me all the way in. I enjoyed the plot much more than the previous ones, the fact that we got to see the why behind The Pride and how it was executed really piqued my interest.

I'm interested to see where Vaughan will take this next...😁

The Runaways find out that someone is a mole but who could it be? Good storyline for this volume of The Runaways. The illustrations are great!

I've been outside reading The Runaways Volume 3 while the dogs sunned. We are trying to enjoy it before the next nasty cold front hits. I've been sick with a cold but at least I've got some reading done.

Once again, this is all about a Runaways The Complete Collection, Volume 3. So yeah, this was fun. Wild stories, fantastic artwork & loads of really cool, crazy action. I‘m just saying if you‘re a kid, you‘ll love it because the kids are the heroes. If you‘re a superhero fan, well duh. And, if you‘re an adult and/or a kid at heart, you‘ll love it because it really is just that super fun awesome & amazing. And now, on to the Rainbow Rowell reboot.

So I‘m actually diving into The Complete Collection Volume 3 while bopping between chores. Can‘t wait to see what happens. More importantly, the awesome folks at Chicago Comics tell me once I get through this one, I‘ll be able to start with Rainbow Rowell‘s Runaways. Pretty excited about that I must say.

Today in "Reading Instead of Working" I make some progress with Marvel's Runaways, find out that HULU is adapting the series for an original show, and pick up Cimarronin.

Whoa! Reading this series again, the ending still surprises me. So well done on bringing all the elements together and giving you all sorts of conflicting feelings.

A good read if you're craving some teenage angst... but a miss for me.
