#7Days7Books - 7 books that made a lasting impression on me
#Day7 - I‘ve never read a book that describes exactly what it‘s like to have a panic attack. As someone who has them, this book made me feel less alone.

It‘s hard for me to critique or review this book. I could easily take away points for not really being a story with a true beginning middle and end. However, living with anxiety there is no end. I have never read a more accurate and relatable account of living with anxiety and panic attacks. I truly recommend this book to anyone living with it but perhaps more importantly to those who don‘t have it but love someone that does ❤️

Started this one on Friday. Also I finished the last book I started gosh I‘ve been litsy slacking. I‘ll post the review for the last one later this evening. Anyways, I‘m adoring this one to bits. It‘s so relatable.

Read this memoir in verse hoping I can use with my students for their last high school English credit (aged 18-21). Many suffer from anxiety & am looking for that gem that will both interest & help them. Isn't perfect, but think it could make an interesting read for some of them. Worth reading for anyone, not just young people as it has some great insight into anxiety/panic disorders #litsy2017readingchallenge #authormyage #idontwanttobecrazy
Trigger Warning ⚠️ If you have anxiety or a panic disorder, be wary while reading this. I have anxiety and related to this book on a deep level, so it made me quite anxious while reading. It is a great book, though. There's tons of stuff in here to help graduating seniors of both high school and college. It's a wild ride and it's so good. A very relatable poetry memoir.

For the evening I think I'll do a slight relocation from dockside to fireside. Love that I can spend outdoor time with my boys and still manage to read! #endlesssummer #sunshineandbooks
My reading spot for the rest of the afternoon. #lakesidebliss
