I love books that are about food but are not exclusively recipes. This book takes the reader on a trip to Macau and explains how it became such an intriguing melting pot of cultures. We get to meet the people and, of course, there are recipes. Unfortunately a little more care needed to be taken with the illustrations. I could not even find a higher quality cover pic.
Managed to find a decent cover!
