It's way too hot upstairs tonight, so it's an air mattress and books in the living room tonight.... I just hope my husband remembers to be quiet when he gets home from work at midnight!
Lane and I started Mercy Watson tonight, and it made him want a bedtime snack - "Mom, do we have any toast?" ??? #raisingreaders

pickMy 4yo really liked this and we managed to read three chapters each night at bedtime because the chapters weren‘t too long. When we got to the end she saw the page of #MercyWatson books available and asked me to find the next one at the library for tomorrow 💙💙3.5🌟

I find Kate DiCamillo books absolutely charming.
pickThis is probably my favourite Kids series! The illustrations are amazing, the simplicity of the illustrations takes you back to a simpler time! This pig that loves butter has my heart! Just a little sweetheart!
pickWe ❤Mercy Watson! This book was perfect for my 6 year old. Beautiful illustration paired with Mercy Watson the 🐖's hi-jinks made for one delightful read aloud chapter book. We can't wait to read the rest of the series.
