@BookishTrish sent a larva lollipop in the #MyBloodyValentineSwap package 🤣 Truly horrifying and also hilarious. I‘m definitely NOT going to eat it but I may offer it to my 9-year-old niece to see her reaction 🤣 This may become a gag gift within my family.

LibrarianJen Actually those tequila worm suckers used to be really popular here but now you can only find them in the more traditional parts of town. It‘s a Mezcal worm and totally ok to eat, if you‘re daring enough. I‘ve never been able to do it! 😂 7y

I've had the flu, and I haven't been reading. It's hard to read when your brain is being cooked by a fever. Anyhoo, I'm feeling much better now and when I went for my book I found this little guy making himself at home.... sorry, ya just got evicted, pal.

This was my favourite book when I was a child. It translates to #creepycrawlies , but the original name is Ugly Bugs. I loved this book so much. Every time we went to the library I would get it. Three weeks later I returned it but the next time I would take it again 😂 I read it once every month and knew everything about bugs, I was obsessed! I appearantly was the only one as the book was always waiting for me. #octphotochallenge @LibrarianRyan
