Discovered this one on the my bookshelves in search of #longtitles. It was the winner at 10 words in the actual title (no subtitles)! It's basically A Year in Provence or Under the Tuscan Sun set in South Carolina in a historical mansion. I remember marveling at the time I read this, that this cumbersome title got by an editor and two award-wining authors. Along with that cover art...
