If you need a swift kick in the ass to live your best life, I highly recommend you take time to read Kyle‘s story.
His perspective on life & approach to everything he faces is something that needs to be further known & understood by people living with & without impairments.
His story needed to be told to start to change the conversation around what people living with impairments are capable of and his telling of it will no doubt create change.

Once you train your mind as hard as you train your muscles, you will notice how much more intensely you are able to push yourself. Training the mind should be your focus. The desire to yourself and reach peaks of mental strength that your opponent can only dream of achieving should consume you. 💯

Final stats report for #24b4Monday!!!!
12 hours complete before we start a new week. 🙂
Finished one book and started on another.
For participating on a whim and not really knowing how to prepare to make this a successful readathon, I‘m happy with that finish. 💯
Looking forward to the next one!! 📖🤓📚

Excuses give us a reason to explain to other people why we are too weak to deal with a particular problem, regardless of the size or importance of the matter.

If you have been someone who thinks of people living with an impairment as less than or inferior, I hope that you‘ll think again.
I was born with the birth defect Spina Bifida and I have a great life.
We need more representation of people living with impairments in the media so that we begin to change the conversation surrounding what people are capable of.
This is my challenge to you. Are you in?
