Still have my college Art History text. Pulled it off the shelf to find one of the many #ladymadonna paintings. This is Madonna of the Harpies by Andrea Del Sarto 1517. It is in the Uffizi in Florence. #heyjune

Cinfhen 😲 impressive that you have the book and you remember the painting 🙌🏻💚 7y
DivineDiana @Cinfhen Thank you. Maybe that I kept the book, but I did use the content index in the back of the book to find a Madonna! 😉 (edited) 7y

My #artrelatedbooks for today's #seasonsreadings2016 is the book we used in my art history class and is the only book other than my archaeology textbooks I kept from my undergrad days years ago. I like the pictures. ☺️

I am currently a college student . I took art history and this was my text book. I really enjoyed learning about art and this text book was an okay read. I loved looking at the artwork through the different time periods.
