Scott Pilgrim Vs. the Universe
Scott Pilgrim Vs. the Universe | Bryan Lee O'Malley
9 posts | 49 read | 4 to read
Scott Pilgrim has two girls on the go. When he's with Knives Chau, he feels like he can erase his past and start over. When he's with Ramona Flowers, he's ready to accept all that, grow up and move on. His life is fantastic. He is twenty-something years old, in a rock band, between jobs, and dating a cute high school girl. Everything's awesome until the seriously mind-blowing delivery girl named Ramona Flowers enters his life. In book 6, six of Ramona's seven evil exes dispatched, but didn't Ramona take off at the end of Book 5? Shouldn't that let Scott off the hook? Maybe it should, maybe it shouldn't, but one thing is for certain all of this has been building to Scott Pilgrim's Finest Hour!

Scott has moved in with Ramona, but the honeymoon phase of their relationship is over. He‘s being unfairly tag teamed by twin exes and Ramona is acting distant from him after she learns the truth of how they got together when Scott was technically still dating Knives. This volume ends on a major cliffhanger with Scott getting a phone call from Gideon, the final evil ex.

Not my favorite of the Volumes so far, but I see it as the transition to the epic final showdown! And I can‘t wait...🥺🤗

Super fun volume! Another 4/5 star read for me! The story takes on another level when Scott has to fight the twin ex-boyfriends! One more to go and I will have finished the series!

I never read comics, I actually only own one. So naturally this is my #favegraphicnovel. I loved the movie and only bought the books afterwards. But it did not change my mind about graphic novels. Although I am open to suggestions, some good easy acces graphic novels. Fire away!

sneirr Nimona is a really good graphic novel. One of my favourite reads this year! 8y

I always appreciate a Backstreet Boys reference. Always.
