We‘re back from our vacation in Myrtle Beach and I miss my spot on the balcony overlooking the sand and water. I picked up Isle of Palms which I figured might be a good beach read with its setting in the South Carolina Lowcountry. I didn‘t love the book unfortunately but did love being at the beach!
