Well, I'll be reading Ultra-Processed people for sure whether or not we pick it for December (my audiobook hold just came up so I may start it early). Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat I own and is a good cookbook/reference, but probably won't join you all for a reread as my December TBR is already a bit crazy/unrealistic. 7mo
