Audiobooks are severely enhancing my life. My go-to reads will always be fantasy or romance, bonus points for being together!

I‘m currently 71% through - but I have to come here to say the moment we get to the event in the other village and this “leader” is wearing a hardhat and blaring orders through a megaphone I immediately thought of Taylor from Gilmore Girls. This brings me joy. Hahah

So far this book has been absolutely perfect. I‘m absolutely laughing my way through this lovable romcom!

Currently I‘m only roughly 10% in and having a very hard time. I‘ve had to stop twice now. It‘s so painful to me…. I‘m going to keep pushing through. I think I‘m being affected by outside of book circumstances and hoping to fall into the book if I keep trying..

rainbowsandblackink This book must be against happiness. It‘s the only reason for all this PAIN!!!!! T.T 2y

I‘m just wrapping up chapter 8, but wanted to share here that I found the priest‘s closing statement to be absolutely perfect. Hahaha! It was unexpected and yet makes perfect sense. Really had me laughing out loud, and I‘ve already done that a couple times earlier as well. Definitely enjoying the read so far!

Finally got around to reading the first book in this series. It was very good. An easy middle/young adult book to read, that breaches a lot of topics of discussion.
I‘m really interested to see how this one book turns into a series. If it will follow more and more characters or delve into these lives some more...

My heart is racing. This is now one of my favorite books. I‘m in awe of all the emotions I‘ve been through during this story. I am starting the next book right this second.

Such an incredible concept! I was so excited to read this story, and I was not disappointed by all the action packed between these pages. I did start wondering near the end if it would spread across multiple books, but it tied up right at the last minute. I actually thought it was a stand-alone with that conclusion, but it turns out book two is coming this summer!

Glued to the pages!! I loved this book more than the first, and sequels are usually a bit of a let down (let‘s not talk about ACOMAF, that‘s an anomaly!). Starting the third - RIGHT THIS MOMENT!!

I went in to this one very wary. I have heard drastically ranged reviews. I believe because of that I thoroughly enjoyed the journey. I was waiting for the shoe to drop that would entirely leave me putting the series down (which I am hard pressed to do as a completionist..), but that moment never came. Overall pleasantly surprised and immediately started the sequel!

Currently reading, just passing 50% - and dear me, I *hate* trying to read a book with a romantic relationship I‘m rooting for and the main character keeps DEFYING HER LOGIC, which she has shown on multiple occasions to have, just to keep the “he doesn‘t care for me” angst going on. I hate it. Just have them talk it out and move forward. I don‘t want an ENTIRE book of pointless frustration. 😡

Captivating start, the majority of the book seemed to drag on and repeat itself. However, if you allow yourself to let the author tug you along there is a fantastic twist near the end that actually made me LAUGH OUT LOUD! As for the rest of this trilogy, the sequel is my absolute favorite and the third was a great finish. Highly recommend for a good fantasy read!
