What a fun read! This book grabs you at the start and never slows down. Kind of a Pride & Prejudice with a Cinder-esque flavor.

Finally getting around to finishing this series. The first two books, Snow Like Ashes and Ice Like Fire, were amazing a d I raced through them! The life happens (I know, right?) and just never got this one. C'est la vie.
First, the cover is gorgeous!! The story is a retelling of the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale with a twist. Aurora is mute, and she has an illegitimate, blind sister. Both afflictions are the result of fairy blessings. I liked it. However, there spots where its hard to follow. The author is very poetic, and sometimes while beautifully detailing a scene or a character-developing epiphany, you loose track of whats actually happening in the story.
Got to meet Melissa Albert tonight and pick up this beauty. Can't wait to dive into this one!
This is the first book I've read by Jennifer E. Smith, and I liked it enough to look for more. Windfall is about love and luck, friendship, and the meaning of family. ☘❤ The story was engaging from page one. Be prepared for chapter 30; I ugly-cried through the whole thing. 😭
A little story about two people awkwardly falling in love. We've all had those friends and watched a similar something play out in real life. It's just adoreable. 😍 This is a fun, simple, and quick read. Great for a cozy winter day!
I really enjoyed this. Lots of throw-back 80's references 🎶, vintage gamer geek🕹, and tech-talk. Even has a little bit of a love story thrown in. 💕 It was a fun read with lots of nostalgia for us oldies.
I loved this!! When I wasn't reading it, I was thinking about it. It's a intense page-turner!
First, I love the cover! It is simply beautiful! 😍 Second, I had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Summerhill at the RT Convention last May, and was truly impressed by her passion for writing and her love for her readers. 💖🍎
Now the book. This is a wonderfully crafted fanatasy of a girl seeking her father's murderer. I absolutely adore the heroine! She is smart, strong, and needs no one to save her. 😍
IT'S SO PRETTY!!! 🌹🌷🌿🌻🌼🌴🌳🌺💮🌹🌱☘
I'm really excited to start reading this.
Wow. This is a slow a steady kind of book with not a lot of action. But its the day to day moments that are so enticing. I love that the story is narrated by Death. I think that's really what made it beatiful and poetic.
Can't wait to read this one! My daughter loved it!
Thank you, @HarperChilderns for these wonderful books! I can't wait to take part in the adventures of young Sherlock and Moriarty 🗝
Finally getting around to reading this. So far it's slow going, but that's mainly because I only have time read right before bed. Really interested to see where this goes.
