Book 4 of 2018: The Argonauts by Maggie Nelson. Read this all in one sitting and what a thought-provoking book it is. Underlined and highlighted so many different parts. The book may not be for everyone but I think it covers so many different topics that everyone could take something from it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🤰🖋💞

Book 3 of 2018: Red Rising by Pierce Brown. This book was so good?? I can‘t remember the last time I‘ve devoured a book like I did this one. Hunger Games + Game of Thrones in space is not a concept I thought would‘ve worked but it does and it does it really well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌕🐺❤️

Book 2 of 2018: The Husband‘s Secret by Liane Moriarty. Read this as an easy read and it gave me exactly what I needed. It‘s such a page turner, I raced through it trying to figure out all the secrets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✉️💔👫

Book 1 of 2018: Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor. I loved the imagination of this book. It‘s definitely a book for the dreamers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🦋📚💙

Devestating and well written. I both loved and hated the pacing of this. I wanted the story to move faster so I could find out what happened next and yet I loved how realistic it felt. The author gave so much time for the characters and relationships in this to grow and deteriorate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💌💋💔

Finally getting to The Wrath & The Dawn on a rainy night ☔️🌧📖

The ending of this book was so underwhelming. I would've respected the unlikable characters and slow buildup pace if the ending had been worth it. It just felt rushed and unsatisfying. ⭐️⭐️ 💄🚘🔫

Such a great book. Told through the soft and hazy nature of memories. Captures the heart of girlhood, the soul of Brooklyn. Also, female friendship 💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👩🏽👭🌊

This is such a strange book. The characters and plot all seemed half formed without any real resolve. That being said... I enjoyed it. It's unlike anything I've ever read before and I think I'll remember it for a long time to come. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏖🏥👣

I really thought I was going to love this book. I enjoyed Sarah's story (although it bothered me that she was never referred to by name, only "the girl"). But once Sarah's POV was over and the mystery surrounding her brother was wrapped up, I didn't really care what happened in the second half of the book. Mixed feelings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ???✉️

I adored both Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy in this movie far more than I did the book. I mean it's Keira Knightly, how could I not?! #octphotochallenge

She's such a well written female badass that I loved cheering on and watching develop in both books but especially Invasion of the Tearling. Also helps that she's a fellow book lover and that we share the same name 😉📚
