The moment I finished that 1st chapter I was hooked. The story telling was so addictive, the story itself so funny and strange enough to keep you entertained big time. Some parts weren't explained/explored much, but it's YA fantasy after all, so it's kinda OK. There's a love story, sure. But I see it primarily as a story of growing up and what does dreams mean to us, whether you're a child or an adult.

At the end of part one I thought I knew what was going to happen, but man part 2 proved me wrong!

Highly recommend it to anyone!

P.S. It has issues, of course. Difficult topics that weren't explained very well, sob story you can say even...but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

I watched some clip with entire HP cast last night, something like than and now, 15 years later and oh, my they've all changed so much. It made me really emotional and in need for rereading and rewatching 😭❤️

Enjoyed ACOTAR, L.O.V.E.D. ACOMAF, was quite disappointed by ACOWAR...

At first I was afraid that those back-and-forth-in-time chapters will be confusing but it's actually working! It keeps you on the edge of your seat! You wanna see what happened between the two main characters–Eli and Victor, how they'd go from friends to foes, why they want to kill each other now, how they'd become EOs? It's SO GOOD! Like watching a fight between VILLAINS in full force with all those twists and turns, cunningness and viciousness.
