I was recommended this book from the strangest of places, and I grabbed it at the library. Housewife drama to the max.

Borrowed from the library yesterday. May crack it tomorrow when I'm not so tired. Sounds really suspenseful. Let's see if it is!
I was very addicted to this book as in it kept me reading. However I found the ending to be extremely predictable. What reminded me first of Alfred Hitchcock fizzled out.
I'm having racing thoughts due to a long standing mental illness, so reading this book has been hard. The characters are like, "WHOA!" to me though! Extremely "real" is the best way I can describe them. Nothing to spoil, because I'm not far in. I hope my brain slows down so I can really dig in ☺️
Okay, so I absolutely love this book's badass and clever cover. I actually really liked it, too. Reminds me a bit of PLL? Or any generic girl friendship gone awry book only so totally twisted. I would give it between a so-so and pick if I could. It was good enough that I picked up the "sequel". As you can see I already have Danielle Vega's other book, 'Survive the Night'. Going to try and read that one in 24 hours for my reading challenge!
I love the idea of this book. Let's see if this "idea" holds up ?
Starting this. Let's see if it's as good as Goodreads says.
Got this today review unseen. Turns out the Goodreads reviews weren't all that bad. And I didn't know, but found out it's a compilation of a trilogy: Wake, Fade, and Gone. The book description is kind of vague. Looking forward to reading it though!
Don't get Rachel's 'The New Tarot Handbook'. Get this book instead. More detail from various sources. Don't get me wrong, 'The New Tarot Handbook' is good for quick reference. I just enjoyed this one better.
A society run by vampires and their "pets", check! Humans treated as blood cattle, check! Rabid/zombie people & animals living outside the society's compound, check! And cannibals living in the sewers, check! Liking this book so far.
