Started this today. Love the set-up, and can imagine what the film version would be like.
I'm all about improving my sleep lately. This book has lots of great tips.
A good choice for DIY CBT to change your thinking about how you sleep. The authors both have PhDs and direct sleep labs at large universities. If you want better advice than the usual "drink warm milk," and are open to some mental discomfort while you make changes, this one's for you.
I don't remember how this hit my TBR, but I haven't read a lot of Native authors, and I'd like to remedy that gap in my education.
