I enjoyed this! The cover is a bit mystifying since no Ouija board ever appears in the story, but hey, whatevs. It‘s a fun little mystery, with some romance thrown in. Nice light read! Rachael was my favorite character.

This is really cute so far! The narrator is funny and clever, the other characters are interesting and good at keeping secrets, and I‘m really looking forward to finding out the root of the mystery.
Also anyone know how to set what book you‘re reading right now? I keep seeing it on profiles but can‘t figure out how to do it.
Loved it! My husband had read it just before I did, so every gasp of amazement and “WHAT?!” had him laughing out loud and asking me what part I had reached. For the last hundred pages the whole household was laughing at me and my gasps, but I couldn‘t help it, it was that good! I avoided this book for so long because so many thrillers had disappointed me, but this succeeded in every possible way!
Beautiful writing that set an almost palpable scene, but the action was not thrilling or even that scary. Fifteen loooooong chapters, and approximately three major events occur, and only in one scene out of alllllllll that did I feel a slight shudder. Great writing but the story was just boring as heck.
Still a deeply engrossing journey into another world, I loved it like I did when I was a kid. I will admit I watch Peter Jackson‘s movies more than I reread this...but I‘m okay with that.
Found this difficult to get through. Writing style didn‘t mesh well with my brain, it felt disjointed. I couldn‘t picture the characters well so it was difficult to get into. Enjoyed the first book more, although some of the same problems existed.
