I. AM. IN. LOVE. I have never loved a narrator more than I love Vivian. I told my husband I now want the first name of our first daughter to be Vivian 😂 She is hilarious!!! I was literally laughing aloud at her jokes.

The ENDING oh my gosh. This was my first Eskens novel, and I know many more will follow! Thanks for the recommendation, @CouronneDhiver

CouronneDhiver Yay!!! 😃 I just finished and reviewed another of his books today. Check that one out. 6y
ashley_gilman @CouronneDhiver I‘ll have to read it soon! Thanks! 6y

We are about to start dystopian lit circles at school, and this is going to be one of our options. I figured I should probably read it before my kids do 😂 I‘m enjoying it so far!

I‘m jumping on the #littenintro bandwagon...

1. I‘ve been living in Texas the last 5 years! Y‘all... I‘m thoroughly convinced it‘s a cult. We have our own PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 😂😂😂
2. Karin Slaughter & I‘m now obsessed.
3. I had to ask someone what TBR meant, so that wasn‘t a great start for me. Probably only 20 books 😬 But it‘s growing because of y‘all!!
4. My couch or my bathtub 💁🏼‍♀️
5. @tessavi I loved Pretty Girls by Slaughter

Nikkionlyreads 1. Ludhiana, Punjab, India. 2. Victoria Schwab. 3. Around some 50 books! 4. My bed 5. @tessavi Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson 6y
ashley_gilman @Manavi It‘s so cool to me that we can share book interests all the way from Texas to Punjab! (edited) 6y
tessavi Thank you both for the recommendations! 6y

Sha0102 We have the same answer and obsession in 2!!! Can't wait for the next Will Trent book 😊 6y
ashley_gilman @Sha0102 I‘m so glad!!! I read most of her stand-alone novels, and I‘m JUST starting the Will Trent series. I‘m about halfway through Triptych and it is soooo good! 6y

The Silent Sister | Diane Chamberlain
Pickpick

Although I figured it out a little more than halfway through, this book was addicting. It was my first Diane Chamberlain novel, and I immediately went out to buy another one. Has anyone read her book Necessary Lies?

The Silent Sister | Diane Chamberlain

“They‘d looked forward to the trial that would never happen now, because the seventeen-year-old girl—the seventeen-year-old murderer, most were sure—now rested somewhere beneath that rocky expanse of ice.” First page of the book, and I am HOOKED.

I‘m listening to this with my husband, so it‘s totally out of my normal genre, but I‘m actually really enjoying it so far! Does anyone else use Hoopla for audiobooks? If so, I need some suggestions for what to listen to next 🤗

My curiosity got the better of me in the middle of this book - I actually skipped ahead a chapter to see what was happening 🤭🤭🤭 I‘m really enjoying this book so far!

jenreads7 I was rocked by the very end! Let me know what you think! 6y
StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego Tisk tisk! 😆 Dont skip too far ahead, I quite enjoyed the surprise ending. Love her books, she does a great plot twist. 6y
DebbieGrillo This is one of my favourites. Actually all my English teacher colleagues love Liane Moriarty but we all agree that you should skip 6y

ashley_gilman @jenniferajanes Just finished it - was not expecting that ending 😮 6y
jenreads7 @afgilman1993 I know, right?! That ending is one reason I like the book so much! I love books and movies that make me think the whole story through again after I learn the twist! 6y

Victoriahoperose Pride and Prejudice for me 6y

I know I‘m late to the party, but I‘m just reading this for the first time! I read A Thousand Splendid Suns a couple months ago, and I LOVED it, so I‘m hoping this will live up to my expectations. What do y‘all think?

Ruthiella If you liked A Thousand Splendid Suns you will like The Kite Runner! 😀 (edited) 6y

I actually stopped reading this book, and I only picked it back up because I was waiting on a shipment of books. It‘s an interesting concept, but it was missing action until the end.

I LOVED this book!!! The first few pages were a little overwhelming, but once you get used to her elaborate writing, you are immersed wholly in the world of the new Mrs. de Winter. It has lots of parallels to Jane Eyre, so if you love that book, DEFINITELY give this one a try! #booklover #lovedit #mystery #daphnedemaurier

jenreads7 One of my all-time favorites! 6y
