What was that even? Definitely not as enjoyable as the first book. It took me two months and a trip with nothing really to do but read to finally make me finish. The only way I can describe this book is that it put me on an interstate from the beginning to the end of the book but instead of taking a straight trip, we had to pull off at every exit, only to get back on again. The story picked up at the end, but then, you got it, went askew.

Really good! Excited to read Miss Mayhem next to see where the adventure leads.

The diary format of this book makes for a quick and easy read. It also has a bit of interesting historical information and pictures in the back. I really enjoyed reading it and would recommend it, especially for the pre-teen to teen age groups.

I've had this one since I was a teen. Purchased it new back then and I've read it several times. Whenever I get in a reading slump, I pull out one of my books from my Sweet Dreams collection and dive in. This one has just the right amount of teen drama to hook you in.

The book I have is actually a compilation of Sanna's book and Rebecca Germany's Homemade Holiday Gift Ideas. I bought it at a dollar store a few years back and I've finally thought about reading it for ideas BEFORE the holiday season! Yay me! Ha

I've been listening to some audiobooks of books that I've already read, in two series that I haven't finished (Sookie)/fallen behind in (Stephanie) and it occurs to me this time around with Dead Until Dark that I really don't like Bill.

Wish I had the sequel right now! Even though this book reminds me of other books I've read, it was still original enough to keep me reading. A bit predictable in parts, character development lacking at times, and details missing that would have added to the flow, regardless I enjoyed it.

I had to check out this Serial Reader app everyone is talking about. I committed to five days. lol Excited to re-read this, though. Haven't read it since high school.

Starting this one today.

Made me laugh and cry. Made me very angry at times (a loser character). Got a little confusing changing character perspective with each chapter especially if you have to stop reading mid chapter like I do - a lot. (Life) But overall, enjoyable.

I've read this one several times over the years and have enjoyed it every time. Does anyone have another Johansen recommendation? I read the others in this series years ago but never had the desire to re-read them like this one.

A couple of nights ago, in honor of the 35th anniversary of Raiders, we watched the movie but this time made sure to find one of the Star Wars easter eggs. Watching Temple of Doom tonight. Really getting in the way of my reading time, but worth it!
