Wasn't going to finish it, but, I ended warming up to Eleanor and despite my initial impression, enjoyed the book.

Maybe this is the year I finish The Great Gatsby 🤔... although 19/25 isn't that bad
Theo was just a trainwreck. He kept making bad choice after bad choice. Is it really plausible that a person can display such poor judgement?
Beautiful, powerful, heart-breaking, funny stories
Chose to read this one after the overly sweetened after-taste of my previous read. Glad to say that it was a good choice.
While loving GGM‘s magical writing style, I couldn‘t help thinking “what a waste of life “, as well as feeling sorry for delusional Florentino & his miguided notions of love.
So, I've been reading Gone with the Wind and somebody told me today that he was not even remotely interested in reading it (completely unnecesary comment... Wouldn't dream of recommending it to him based solely on his taste) or even watching the movie (again, chill dude). He then proceeded to say that because a classic is such, it still does not mean it is a good book. I actually agree, but then again, what makes a book good?
The first time I read a book by Murakami, & it is without a shadow of a doubt, a very interesting literary piece. I believe I will try some more of his work.
Sadly, I didn't read as much as I wanted, but, I did read some very good books

First time reading a JCM book. It's taking forever (not a fan of the genre) but it is worthwhile. Lots to ponder on
