Raavan's death - was it purely due to his lust for Sita, vengence for his ego bruised by Ram? Maybe, it was his sister's revenge on him for taking away the only love she felt. For if she was left to live happily with the love of her life, Ramayana would have not even happened to be carried as a story for all for centuries?

I gifted the box set of Agatha Christie books for my Aunt's 75th birthday. With the biggest smile she asked "How did you know I love her books? These were my fav reads"

Finally I decided to jump on the bandwagon and OMG I loved it. I would not write a review as it has been written before, but as someone who loves crime -mystery, I was amazed with how Poirot's mind works to solve the murder and even more with the plot of this story.

Life has been in the same routine for thousands of years in Heaven and Draupadi is bored. So when Krishna comes for his routinely visit, she manages to get his permission for a 30-days visit to the mortal world. How exciting!

From learning that the light bulb is not Krishna visiting them but mere source of light, cars are the modern chariots and mortals can even fly (in an aeroplane that is) - everything amuses them. A funny, chick-lit book.

I love Kavita Kane for writing books based on not much spoken about women of Hindu epics.
When everyone talks about Sita's sacrifice to follow Ram to exile, Urmila left in the palace all those years apart from her husband Laksman was forgotten, but this book made up for it. A well written book about the fiery, beautiful, smart Urmila. A must read

I bought this book through Book Depository after watching LUPIN on Netflix. I enjoyed the series very much, and since it revolves a lot around this book, I decided to get it – and I loved it!

It is the first collection of stories containing 8 short stories of the adventure of Arsene Lupin, known as the gentleman thief and master of disguise, with the appearance of Sherlock Holmes himself in the last story. 🥸🕵‍♂️

Mitch I‘d never heard of this until I watched the fabulous Lupin! 2y

Feeling he owes her a favour, he scribbles 'I owe you one' on a coffee sleeve. Through the exchange of IOUs, a relationship blossoms between Fixie and Seb. The story concludes on how she turns to focus on her life for once and fix it.

A cute story, with a simple plot giving us a breezy feel

🧚‍♀️No kidding, when my 9 yr old niece told me it was the best books she has read.

I thoroughly enjoyed every book in this series. The books are about the Bailey twin's adventure in the fairy tale world. It was so exciting to find all the characters I grew up reading about, from Goldilocks to Jack the beanstalk, all the princesses, Tin Man, and many more written in a new yet somehow familiar plot. My fav character of all - Red Riding Hood.

DiNunzia visited by her family friend Simon who believes his company was firing him due to his mounting insurance claim for his daughter's leukemia treatment. But it takes a turn when Simon's boss, Todd was found murdered and Simon becomes the prime suspect. There were enough twists and turns in this story and it was exciting to see everything develop. The mystery will keep you guessing until the very end.
