Started this book finally the other day and nearly finished already. Love it so much already and I‘m kind of disappointed that it‘s nearly over already.

“I couldn‘t believe that all the other films I had done previously had been forgotten, and that I was being narrowed into this one image that other people had of me.”
- Perkins on Psycho.
Absolutely love this book despite not being a proper book book, more of a photography/coffee table kind of thing. It‘s filled with page after page of gorgeous photos of the lovely RuPaul.
Filled with little insights in to her life and the humour some parts give, it‘s perfect for any time you need a little pick me up!
I feel like this book is dragging and isn‘t as exciting and good as I was expecting it to.
Apparently it took me, just over two hours yesterday to read about a 105 or so pages! I knew that Moby Dick was one of the classic, but I didn‘t realise just got much drag there is in it, despite knowing that most classics did.
So I‘m currently on page 265, which is the start of part 3. And in absolutely love this book so far! I was expecting to read it a little slower since I felt like I was in a little slump, but I‘m getting through it quicker and I really want to know what happens but at the same time I don‘t want to finish the book XD
Starting my 9th book of the year now and this is the pick.
From the blurb alone can, it sounds quite interesting and I can‘t wait to get dug in, hopefully it will be more enjoying than my last book which I only gave a 2/5 for sadly, despite being about serial killers.
I‘m feeling a little heart broken at the moment and I‘m really hoping for some magical work to happen within the last 100 or so pages that I have left of this book! I know the chances of it happening is slim but I‘m holding on hope!

About to start this one, my 5th book of this year.
I absolutely loved Illuminae and I have high hopes for this book and to carry on with the story. I think what I loved the most about illuminae was the whole layout of the book.
It‘s annoying when you come to pages like these in books... 😠
It‘s page 177 in the book, does anyone have an image of the page they could share with me so I can read the whole text?
So hooked with this book at the moment!
My current reads of December, I‘m 77 books in to my 81 book goal so far and these two are books 78 & 79,so I‘m hoping to reach my goal before the end of the year.
As always Chris Carter never fails to bring a story so full of gore and intelligence and a difference to a crime story before.
Reading a little slower with Ice at the moment. It‘s a good book, but it feels a little slow paced, but I brought it two years ago and decided it‘s time to read.
As always, I love reading about the Norse gods. I just love all the myths and legends about them. Despite being the trickster god and always bring the pain of all the others, I‘ve always had a soft spot for Loki. Gaiman has giving us retold myths that is easy to read and to understand no matter the age reading about them which I adore even more. It done of those books you could easy give to a younger reader as a starter book about the gods.
I‘ve finally picked this book up but I‘m actually surprised at how many pages there is in it and the size of the text too! It‘s so small and so many pages, over 700, I never expected that at all.
But it seems quite interesting so far, of course I‘m only 35 pages in, but it has held my attention so far and that‘s a good sign for the rest of the book.

I had really high hopes for this book, everything about it seemed to have a perfect premise about it. But I sadly found it to be lacking in a lot of things and found it a little hard to get through, mainly because so much seemed to happen in such a little time. I felt like some parts could‘ve worked out better if they were shorter.
I hope others find it more enjoyable than I did, but sadly this is a book that I will pass on to a charity shop.
Quite enjoying this one so far, haven‘t got very far in to it yet, but it seems hopeful.
Squeezing this one in before the end of the month after finishing Frog Music.
Added Pennywise to my collection of pop figures yesterday (also added Wendy from the shining too)
I really love how Carter goes in to description on some of parts of this book! Makes it feel so much better to read when you can actually really visualise what‘s going on, no matter how morbid it may sound.
My current read.
Such an amazing read, at just over 400 pages, this book is filled with such warmth, happiness, sadness and joy at the same time, that you can tell but feel like you are one of the ladies in Primrose Square. I highly recommend everyone to read this book, you would not be disappointed!
Really unsure about this book so far, it‘s not met my expectations of what I thought the book would be like.
I still can‘t believe how much I enjoyed this book!! I was instantly hooked on it and moved through so much of the book in the moments I was sat reading it. If only I didn‘t have so many other tbr books on my list, other wise I would be climbing in to the other two books in the trio!!
I really can‘t believe I took so long to start reading this book! It‘s amazing, I‘m 200 odd pages in to it now and it‘s still amazing!
