(I hope my attempt at italicizing worked ?).. The Raven Cycle has fast become my favourite series, and I don't even know how it ends, and I'm a little scared to see it end ???

I finished almost a month ago now, and have been halfway through volume four for a couple of weeks but I've been feeling slumpy, so I haven't really been reading at all 😩 But I _do_ enjoy this story, I am curious about these characters, their interactions, motives, the how and why, and I want to know more, and where this will go 🤔🙂 I have volumes 4-8 at home now, I just have to sit down and read them 😅 #HowToDeathNote

I first read this beautiful book back in May, I borrowed a paper copy from the library that I had requested because they had told me they didn't have the audiobook.. In July I found out they DID have the audio and on Sunday that came in via Overdrive.. I started listening on Wednesday, I finished an hour ago, and I've already started it over again because I am not quite ready to read The Raven King for the 1st time yet.. 😆

#JulieKagawa was visiting #Denmark in conjuction with the release of the Danish translation of the third instalment of her Talon Saga this past week, and I found out she would be visiting a bookstore fairly close by on Monday night 🙂 I hadn't read anything by her and Monday morning at 7 I started this, fell in and loved it 😍 I didn't go see her, but I finished the book in a day and was so excited I couldn't fall asleep at night 😆🙈

I am enjoying this series SO, so much.. It is, to me, compulsively readable... So much so that I read to know what happens next, what the _text_ says next, and I forget to look at the actual graphics 🤔🙈 But I'm like that with subtitles in movies and tv-shows as well, I cannot help BUT read them and I forget to watch the screen 😓 But I _highly_ recommend this! I started this last night, I am enjoying the series SO, so much, and I plan on reading this one today and go and pick up the next ones in the series on Monday from the library when I go there anyway 😄📚😬 I finished the second volume in two days and forgot to post anything about on here I think because I was so wrapped up in the story 😓 I'm terrible..

I'm about 60% through this one, promised The Shepherd I'd read it before she comes back from Budapest tonight, so on the balcony I sat myself and in I went 😄 It's from 1982 and I can't help but wonder if 16 year olds back then really talked that way, or if that was specific for Copenhagen teens? 🤔 Some (quite a few) of these expressions I don't even know 😅🤔 But then again, I'm was born in smalltown Middelfart in '81, sooo... 😕🤔

I actually took photos of all the "How to Death Note" through out this little book.. I found them immensely enlightning ? And by the end of it I found that I have gotten used to the way of reading it too, and I am excited to continue the story ??? I have already started the second volume ? I recommend this one, highly ? I especially enjoyed the exchange between Light and Ryuk ???

I am enjoying this audiobook so much a was almost late for my turningpoints course yesterday, goddammit! 😆 And I usually leave home early enough that I am there a good 45 minutes early on average 😅 AND when I arrived I was full on laughing almost hysterically the book was hilarious 😆😅♥️ I had still brought two physical books in my bag though, of course I had 😁😅😆

This is my first foray in to the World of Manga ? I chose Death Note because I have watched some of the anime some years ago and quite liked it (I'm not sure why I never got around to finishing), and my library has the little books, albeit in Danish, and I figured I'd give it a try ? The format is different, and I have to shuffle to "the back" to remind myself in which order to read the frames ? Also the pictures are chaotic? ? Or is that me?

I first listened to this back in 2012 and it was a so-so experience for me, I absolutely HATED Amy, especially in the first part of the book 😒 This spring I thought I'd try it again, this time I knew what I was getting into, and I am a different person and a different reader, and I loved it for the most part, though I didn't find the ending as strong as I remembered it 🤔

Now, it's been a little since I finished, and I'm in the middle of the last, but I am loving these books so much, they are just so engrossing and I just lose myself in the Worlds so easily... 😍

I am so caught up in what's happening in this story that I forget to breathe, dammit!! xD

This one is probably my favourite of the series so far, and I think it _could_ work okay as a standalone but I do think that you'd be missing out on some overarching things if you do but all in all I highly recommend this series

It was very enlightning and I was startled to discover just HOW gender binary my own thinking really is.. I really liked this book, I _loved_ it _while_ I was reading it but I wasn't really rushing to pick it back up when I wasn't.. I DO want my own copy though..
