Second installment from the Monsters of Verity
I really liked the idea of the monsters in these books and how they were created I just wanted more of and from them.

Still a decent read though. I do love a good Schwab book.

I love how this book really looked at what we would do for our pets. This was a great boy and his dog sorry with some good old fairy tale fantasy to mix things up.

Finished this one off while recovering from my wisdom tooth removal. The story of Maria Owens has been a great distraction from my swollen face.

I love the practical magic book series all of them have been beautifully written by Alice Hoffman. This is my favourite one.

Managed to bag this beauty and it was the last copy in Waterstone's Liverpool ❤️
I cannot wait for the rest of the 50th anniversary ones to come out.

I have read quite a few of Tess Gerritsen's Rizzoli and Isles novels so though this could be a interesting read and something a bit different to try by her.

I'll be honest I was expecting a bit more horror and less fifty shades of ghost.

finishing off this one.

I LOVED Ninth House and I was very eager to read this book. Did it live up to my expectations? No, but it was an alright book. It did it's job and kept me entertained. I'll be interested to see what happens in the 3rd book.

My niece is currently obsessed with Willy Wonka.
Thought I'd encourage this behaviour by getting her the book today.
Forever encouraging her inner bookworm to grow.
Also a great first introduction to Roald Dahl.
